Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of PoolRanger Alhambra Pool Care, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
Service Description
PoolRanger Alhambra Pool Care provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, and repair services to residential customers in Alhambra, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to weekly pool cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning and replacement, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and inspection services.
Service Scheduling and Access
When you schedule service with us, you grant PoolRanger Alhambra Pool Care and its technicians access to your property during the agreed-upon service times. You are responsible for ensuring that we have clear and safe access to your pool area. If access is restricted or unavailable during a scheduled visit, you may be charged a trip fee. We ask that you inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment.
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. We accept cash, check, and electronic payments. For recurring weekly services, payment is typically collected monthly. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees. All prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Liability and Insurance
PoolRanger Alhambra Pool Care carries general liability insurance to protect both our business and our customers. While we take every precaution to perform our services safely and effectively, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from factors beyond our control. We are not liable for damage to pool equipment that is already compromised or malfunctioning unless we specifically agree to repair or replace such equipment.
Chemical Use and Pool Safety
We use industry-standard chemicals and products to maintain your pool water quality. While we strive to keep your pool safe and balanced, you acknowledge that pool chemistry can be affected by weather, usage, and environmental factors between service visits. You are responsible for monitoring your pool and contacting us if you notice any issues. We recommend waiting at least 30 minutes after chemical treatment before swimming.
Service Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address any concerns at no additional charge. This guarantee does not apply to issues caused by equipment failure, weather events, heavy pool usage, or conditions outside our control.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with written notice. For weekly service contracts, we require at least two weeks notice. You are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an agreement if payment is not received, if property access becomes unsafe, or if there is any abusive or threatening behavior toward our staff.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store customer information including contact details, service history, and payment information. This information is used solely for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law. For more details, please see our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
